Rosemary plants grow spontaneously, thus being the most characteristic honey in our country. Its color is reminiscent of gold and has a very floral aroma, characteristic of the plants of the Alfazemas family. When we taste its flavor, we notice that it is probably the sweetest honey in the world! It is widely used in cooking in sweet and sour sauces and added to fresh cheeses, natural yogurts and dried fruits that makes for pleasant and surprising desserts.

Several studies highlight the anti-cancer qualities of Rosemary, in addition to preventing degenerative diseases.

In traditional medicine it is used as an anticonvulsant and antispasmodic.

 Honey crystallizes naturally over time. If you prefer liquid, place it in a water bath at a temperature not exceeding 40ºC to avoid losing its medicinal properties.
