Aroma revealing a profile of wild fruits, vanilla, and a slight toasted note from the barrel. On the palate, notes of stewed fruit, ginger, and spices such as black pepper and thyme.

It is very full-bodied with present but ripe and polished tannins. A long wine with great potential for bottle aging.

The vineyard soils are rich in structure, with a mixture of clay and limestone. The climate is temperate with oceanic influence and abundant sun exposure. These characteristics result in wines with a unique flavour.
